Over the last 6 months & during a global pandemic, Sanris Builders have carried out a range of work at our home in Whitstable, Kent. Building an extension & converting existing space to a fourth bedroom with ensuite, snug & study. The extension gave us a larger kitchen & dining room and our outside space was greatly improved with a large composite decking area. Sanris carried out all of the work to an excellent standard & all of their tradesmen were both professional & friendly. We had somebody on site every working day other than during thick snow & the directors Chris & Simon & the project manager, Adrian were also either on site or in in contact almost every day. We are delighted with the result & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them very highly. Thanks for a great job :) R & L Hayes.

SanRis built a house for me in Canterbury. I gave them the job because I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism, and their quote was realistic. It wasn't an easy build, with no direct access from the road, and a row of trees interfering with the foundations. SanRis completed the build on time and to an excellent standard. There were no additional charges. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I now have planning permission for a second house and I have asked SanRis to build it. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value.

From start to finish our experience with SanRis has exceeded all our expectations. Every aspect of our extensive refurbishment was handled excellently.
