Sanj and his team were great to work with from start to finish and come highly recommended! The elements that stood out for me were his attention to the quality of finish; how polite, clean and tidy his team were; and how consultative he was with us during the build. As he works with a known and trusted team, we had no issues with leaving Sanj a key to the house and just let him get on the work. Also, the quote was very competitive, particularly given the quality of the work and the fact that he was certified by The Federation of Master Builders.

Sanj and his team did and excellent job on a total refurbishment of my property. I was extremely impressed with their high standard of work, professionalism and tidiness. As it was a big project, I was very pleased when they turned up with their own vaccum cleaners, kettle and mugs and left the place safe, secure and as clean and tidy as possible each evening. I can’t recommend their work enough and gained complete trust in them. For me, Sanj is more than just a builder. He actively gets behind the project and thinks ahead, offering suggestions and considerations I hadn’t thought of and treats it as if he was renovating his own home. The project came in on budget and the finish was done to an exceptional standard. I’ve since moved up north and am struggling to find a builder that comes even close to the work Sanj and his team did.

Sanj and his team did our loft conversion in 2009. We have been extremely satisfied with the way the work was handled from the planning stage to the finishing stage. We were continuously updated by Sanj on the day to day building work and its complexities. The work was finished in a timely manner and we have had no issues since then.

I have used Sanj on a number of building projects on my property. The first was in 2005 where I contracted him to build my out building/garage. I was very impressed in the way he managed the project. He was 100% customer focussed. I was kept up to date with good news and bad news. I was very pleased with the end result. We also discussed the construction of a gazebo and Sanj was very creative in erecting it with the surplus materials. Recently I have used Sanj again for a rear extension. His pricing is fair but for your money you get a very high quality finish with exceptional attention to detail. Very clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation recommending him.

I would like to thank SL Construction for their excellent service. My three bedroom Victorian house was completely gutted, with a loft extension added in 2007. The project was completed to schedule and within budget. SL construction are an extremely professional building company with noticeable experience and vast knowledge.
