This is what the inspector had to say.

FMB pre-approval membership inspection completed today with Dan Abel of company Smith and Abel Developments Ltd at a completed project. Dan was able to show me around the single storey extension to the rear elevation of the property and give a detailed overview of the contractual work completed. Dan has also renovated the internal rooms of the property to include structural changes and full fixtures and fittings to new and existing kitchen and bathroom areas. All work completed and available to inspect is of a high quality standard of workmanship and the homeowner is extremely pleased with the results and professionalism of Dan and his company.
