Jon was recommended by my old colleague when I was doing my 1st loft conversion back in 2019. It was a smooth and great process hence we used him and his team again for the renovation of our new home (6 meter extension and loft conversion). We used Soceanu Construction for a tricky loft-conversion that was subject to tight planning restrictions. John, and his team, were brilliant. They are responsive, knowledgeable, polite and incredibly efficient. They managed to deliver a difficult build within 12 weeks. They have proactively followed up with us for post-build snags. We continue to use John and his team for all our building upkeep needs. The work quality is excellent and John always tries to find workable and cost effective solutions.

Jon did an awesome job on my place - a big rull refurb with multiple extensions. Picking builders is a real minefield, but jon is excellent. Great client and project management, great quality product. Minimal stress. Will definitely use Jon again.
