Rich has been covering the maintenance of my large holiday let for nearly 10 years. Rich and his team are a pleasure to work with. Totally professional, honest and with great communication. Richard has completed a variety of works for me in the refurbishment of a challenging 1877 property including: Plasterbording Loft boarding Soundproofing Internal Wall insulation Underfloor insulation including lifting and replacing floorboards Bricklaying Joinery All of which has been carried out to a high standard, with excellent attention to detail and leaving the house clean at the end of every task.
