An entire section of the existing exterior has been removed to create an open kitchen area with lots of space for a dining area. SMART lighting has also been added to the kitchen and extension to allow the client to turn on the lights and even change the colours with voice control. A Utility has also been formed along with a downstairs shower room with toilet. Underfloor heating has been fitted in the extension. Kitchen Renovation. With this project we brought the existing conservatory up to building regulations. We also took out the back wall of the original house and installed steel supports to open up the space and make a large kitchen/dining area. The boiler was replaced and moved into a new downstairs toilet under the stairs. The electrics were updated and a modern kitchen installed.
