A couple living abroad harbored the dream of returning to the UK to build their dream home. Their vision was a modern, sustainable cozy house that offered expansive open spaces, an abundance of natural light through extensive glazing, and a connection with nature. They entrusted STAAC with the realization of this project, aiming for a home that balanced aesthetic appeal with functional design and construction.

The remarkable project in Pinner was completed a little over year ago, within the conservation area of Eastcote Park. This project involved a single-storey side/rear extension and a loft conversion, resulting in a stunning transformation of our client's home.

Serene Court is a three-storey brick-built exclusive development of 9 two and three bedroom apartments. We were commissioned to sign off all the planning conditions, general arrangement drawings, structural calculations, HVAC and a soak away design. Glad to see these are now complete and 80% sold.

We are proud to present our latest project in Cheam, which involved a thoughtfully designed single-storey rear extension. Our comprehensive planning and structural package was prepared to facilitate the creation of a spacious kitchen and family room.

Additionally, a first-floor extension was added to accommodate an extra bedroom, providing the growing family with the space they needed.

Our build partner executed the construction work to the highest standard, ensuring that the new extensions seamlessly blend with the existing structure.
