This project is a double storey extension on the rear elevation of a semi-detached property. The extension has been traditionally built. The roof on the ground floor part of the extension is flat. It has been built as a balcony for the 1st floor. There are 5 roof lights in the flat roof. Internally, the house has been fully refurbished. The kitchen and bathrooms have been fully renovated with new fixtures and fittings installed, tiling has been carried out to the owners requirements.
