This project has been a pleasure to see come to life. Our clients had a really clear vision for this space and it has been transformed into a cosy, yet bright and inviting area of the property. The ensuite was completely re-vamped and the bedroom has been panelled and painted with custom built wardrobes to really make the most out of the space.

This extension now has a large open plan kitchen diner area with a snug. Wrap round bi-folds in OB49 profile allowing all the natural light in possible really showcasing what a beautiful property this is.

Landscaping including creation of planters and planting of new trees with white pebbles to finish, new soil and turf to finish.

Tiled floor to extension + new kitchen island and units installed, new quooker tap with filtered system for sparkling water alongside other features.

Custom made media wall with all the finishings + Sonos ceiling speakers

Today we handed over on this lovely single story rear extension in Oxford. A fantastic project all round for a lovely family who we’ve had the pleasure of getting to know.

Works involved knocking down a lean to outbuilding that was almost an unusable space, building the new rear extension with lovely parapet detail with stone copings to top it off & creating an open plan kitchen area and snug/lounge with a view to the garden and which also had a full makeover. Internally we knocked through the rear of the house to create the open plan kitchen with rooflight above, utility cupboard & downstairs WC under the stairs making the most of all the space available. New kitchen fit and a bespoke window seat with storage as per a great design.

Fibreglass roof and rooflight installation are all due for completion this week.
Stripping out the kitchen and prep + plaster next week ready to hit schedule for the kitchen fit to commence on Monday 27th.
This 6.5m opening is going to create a new modern open plan space with the structural post being incorporated in the kitchen island, can’t wait to bring you all the finished product as we are on schedule to complete all contracted works ready for the Christmas break up.

Here we completed a complete strip out and re-structure of their current kitchen and dining room to create a modern large open plan kitchen diner area. Works involved  large knockthrough with steel post installation, complete new kitchen, floors, electrics & radiators. Trimming out existing roof for a new roof lantern and fibreglass flat roof area.  

Here’s just a few pictures of a beautiful extension we have recently completed in Marston, Oxford for a lovely family. Single story rear extension with a large knock through to create this new kitchen/dining space. Full downstairs re-skim and decoration, new bathrooms throughout and all new herringbone flooring and carpet through the house. Safe to say our clients are enjoying their new space 🤝🥰
