Cannot recommend Stubbs Builders enough. We used Stubbs Builders for the renovation of our downstairs and the whole process has been so smooth! They kept us updated from day one and ensured, as a family of four, there was a minimum amount of disruption to family life. The quality of the work is excellent. Everyone working for Stubbs Builders were professional, communicative, and respectful of our space throughout the process.

I do not hesitate to recommend Stubbs builders. Tom and his team are very professional. They were happy to talk through the best way to achieve what I wanted, and communication was excellent throughout the project. Tabitha is very organised and provided confirmation of any changes we had agreed. All the team and sub-contractors were easy to get on with, trustworthy and very helpful. They worked extremely hard, cleared up every day and kept disruption to my neighbours to a minimum. The small extension and new kitchen look excellent. I smile every time I go in there!

Very happy with our dealing with Tom and team. From the initial consultation where minutes were taken and issued by Tabitha, through the contract stage detailing stage timings and payments using the confederation of master builders protocols, to the actual building process. Tom’s direct team and contractors were a delight, and the quality of work excellent. Communication was good at all stages, and the site was left clean and tidy. Final invoice was not issued until all snags were completed to our satisfaction. Nice to do business with a company that does exactly what was agreed and promised without fuss and without having to chase. A good experience from our perspective.

We used Stubbs Homes for our ground floor extension in 2023. Tom and the team who worked on this project were highly skilled and really professional and nothing was too much effort for them. From last minute alterations to plans, to missing materials or having to suffer yet another cup of tea thrust upon them by our toddler, everything was done with a smile! Stubbs Builders' approach to the entire project made a process that I had feared would be extremely stressful really smooth and seamless. Would highly recommend and wouldn't look to use anyone else if had further building works.

Everyone of the Team was exceptional. From the builders, labourers, plumbers, tiler, electricians and plasterers, they all did an excellent job.
