Style Building has been working on shop-fitting and commercial fit-outs for several years. We have covered everything from takeaways in shipping containers through to beauty parlours in the west end.

The owners of two rather incongruous 1970’s semi’s decided to renovate, and do so in a grand style.
Our team helped them to transform their properties by building double-height side and rear extensions and single storey front extension to turn the 2 bedroom houses into 3 bedroom with the addition of large master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes.
The front extension added storage areas, utility and study/play rooms.
The addition of a new roof gave the houses a much more stylish profile, in keeping with the surrounding properties.

Complete rewiring and replastering with new staircases, under floor heating and new plumbing and drainage brought both houses up to modern standards.
The rear rooms were opened to form large family rooms and include sizeable contemporary kitchens and bi-fold doors.
All bathrooms were completed with stylish modern suites and tiled in warm tones.

Having been used as 2 flats for decades, the owner of this beautiful Victorian house asked us to return it to its original purpose, that of a family home.
To bring maximum light into the building we built a double height room with a full height glass wall. A loft conversion created the sixth bedroom and an additional bathroom, and the house was completely renovated both inside and out.
The owner’s preferred reclaimed materials and so the steps down into the extension are reclaimed sleepers, the look was finished off with large piece of reclaimed oak which we made into a dining table for his expanding family.
The two reception rooms were combined into a bright, sunny room with a newly fitted reclaimed wooden floor, carefully hand-finished.
The basement was enlarged and sound insulated to create a flexible space currently used as a playroom and home cinema.
The end result is a comfortable, warm, spacious and inviting family home.
