The property was a Victorian building previously used as on old people’s home.

The client wanted an hotel styled en-suite bathroom incorporating a separate toilet, sauna & walk in shower with a free standing bath focal point centred in the room.

However the modern feel had to be sympathetic to the Victorian building so a combination of marble wall tiling, floor, skirting & dado tiles were used in conjunction with reinstated Victorian wall paneling & plaster cornice to achieve this look.
