I had my house outside painted, patio re-pointed and a 26m drainage channel installed down one side of my drive.
The team of workman took 2 weeks to complete the project.
The work was done efficiently without any inconvenience to myself.
I would not hesitate to recommend TDM Building Services who did a superb job.
They also took away all the rubbish which I did not expect. 10/10 for service.
I especially like the re-pointing of the patio, it looks like new again.
Tony and the TDM team installed land drainage along the rear of the house and in the garden as well as building a retaining wall at our property. TDM are a real pleasure to do business with, professional, courteous and trustworthy. The works were scheduled and completed on time. We are delighted with the results (no more wet boggy swamp) and the wall has improved access and parking. So delighted in fact that TDM are back installing a large velux window and will be taking down 2 chimneys and making repairs to our roof. I cannot think of a better endorsement other than offering further work.

Very pleased indeed with work done by Tony and his crew. We needed 2 lintels repaired urgently and he fitted us in very quickly, with no fuss.
From giving us a quote to tidying up and leaving - nothing was taken for granted. We were put at ease and everything was explained clearly, and consequently we felt both ourselves and our property were respected and very well take care of.
They made sure we were happy with the result, which we certainly were - it looks great and the cost was very reasonable.
We approached TDM because they have a very good local reputation, and now we will be joining the voices recommending them.

I had a new roof, skylights, lead valley gutter, 3 windows and more.
It was a big job.
The work has been completed to a high standard.
The builders work very hard. They turn up when they say they will and work all day and in all weathers. It's really impressive.
I will continue to use this firm for any building work on my house.
They are very customer focused and will check you are totally happy with the job.

I had Tony and his gang out to re do my workshop from clearing it all out to putting a concrete floor down and making shelves up from scratch. The work was outstanding they listened to my plans and followed them through superbly whilst adding there know how to the job. I was very impressed.
I also had a water problem and he came out with his digger and within 3 hours he had located where the water pipe had burst fixed it and all the animals had water again. I would have no hesitation in getting his team back again in the future.

Tony and Jason have completed various types of works for us on commercial properties around Wales from small handyman type jobs, diagnostics, lighting. Larger jobs such as electrics, roof repairs and building work. They are literally a one stop shop for me daily.
We didn't in the end go with Tony's quote but that was because our budget changed and things to longer to get planning etc. However from start to finish Tony really did go above and beyond, he was through, polite, helpful, not trying to just get business but actually wanting to help. When we said we weren't able to move ahead he was super understanding and left the door open to us for advice if needed. I have no doubt from the FB reviews and work he posts that he would have been an excellent fit for us. I would not think this will be the end of us using Tony in the future I'm certain. :)

Tony came promptly to assess the storm damage of my collapsed garden wall last autumn. He and his team not only rebuilt the wall securely but managed to preserve some of the damaged garden plants as well. I was very pleased with the rebuilt wall which looks sturdy and secure and has withstood the wind and rain in our most recent storms. Very professional job undertaken and despite the mess and destruction, the cleanup was amazing. Highly recommended builder- will be using Tony’s services again.

Tony again provided me with a quick and efficient service, this time for a small replacement slab for my oil tank. The job was completed very quickly and without much lead time needed. A pleasure to work with.
Tony and his team delivered a great service for a large underpinning job for me. They worked on time and to budget for the full perimeter underpinning of my detached house. Good to deal with and highly recommended for groundworks projects.

Tony has done a wonderful, highly professional job on my wood cabin and gabion retaining wall. He is full of good ideas of his own whilst completing all my own requirements.
