Opening out two rooms into a spacious, characterful open plan kitchen dining area with access to a new patio. Side access from the back of the property to the front door with bespoke porch.
Listed Building Preservation
Structural repair and renovation of the external wall of a listed building. Heliflix bars were installed to reinforce and support the external wall and original bricks used to repair broken areas of brickwork.

We invited TED Construction and Developments to estimate for works including demolition of our existing garage, rebuild new garage and extension as well as other building works and alterations. From start to finish they did exactly what they said they would do. They always kept us informed and we always knew they would be on site. Jason managed the projects from start to finish and brought on other reliable trades people when required. Jason and Colin were a pleasure to have around and they also consulted with our neighbours when access was required at various stages of the build.
