We recently completed a beautiful side extension for a client in Sherwood. The brief for this project was to convert and extend the garage to create a dedicated space for the client to run her massage therapy business from. A dedicated W/C was also a requirement for the client to offer her customers the service she wanted to. In addition to this our client wanted to keep and upgrade the ground floor toilet and install a shower room and they also wanted a dedicated utility area. We built an 8m by 3m side extension and removed the front corner of the building to create the desired space for the therapy room. This allowed enough space to install a utility room at the rear of the therapy room, leaving the back half of the garage to be upgraded into a shower room. This build involved the movement of a gas meter and installation of a relocated boiler. to accdomodate the new heating requirements. 

This clinet approached us to refurbish their kithcen. the house had been extended some years ago and the client wanted to make better use of the space this extension provided. the brief for the build was to remove a load bearing partition wall, demolish and relay a concrete floor, demolish the lower ection of a bay window to install some bay french doors.

Here we have a Dormer Loft conversion that we completed for a client in Heanor, Derbyshire. We provided design and build services on this project. the local authority stipulated that the dormer had to be cladded in slate to match the existing street scene. we had already planned to reroof the property in slate. 

Internally we matched up the existing balustrade which was machined to order. all doors were upgraded to be fire safe including the installation of a fire door in the new loft room. WE also install a Positive inlet ventilator, which aids with keeping air circulating around older properties like this. The client opted to decorate their selves on this project however we can provide this service. 

This client came to us via their letting agent to refurbish this 3 bedroom property ready to be rented. 

We rewired the house, installed a new kitchen and bathroom plastered throughout, removed and installed new doors and door frames to the second floor. decorated and installed carpet and flooring. externally we installed new fascia and soffits and installed new guttering. 

this client was able to achieve the top asking price for the rental in the area. 

This client approached me after purchasing a bungalow. the property needed modernisation regardless but this client wanted to make a number of changes to the property to make it more user friendly for his family. the plan was to knock some walls down and reinforce with steel. move the location of the kitchen, build a loft conversion and install 3 separate bathrooms throughout, as well as a rewire and a new heating system. we also demolished 2 chimney stacks and installed new fascia and guttering. 

we project managed this job completely and engaged all sub contractors including, heating engineers, gas engineers, electricians, plasterers. we really enjoyed this project and love working closely with our clients to bring their visions to reality. 

This client came to us with drawings and planning permission already granted. They were keen to keep the original features of the property so wanted the staircase matched and the roof to be clad in reclaimed slate. 

Originally the design showed the loft space divided up into to smaller box rooms, but once we had built the dormers and had some temporary flooring down, it was evident that a single bedroom was going to be a much better use of the space. so we built a master bedroom and a separate shower room on the 3rd floor. 

All doors were changed for fire doors. and skirting and architrave was matched up to the existing, which was bespoke made
