Located in the heart of Hertfordshire, Hemel Hempstead underwent a complete full-scale refurbishment and reconfiguration, creating a stunning forever home for our client and their family. We worked closely with our client to ensure the project was completed within their budget and timeline.

Some of the works included a Juillete balcony in the master bedroom, herringbone engineered oak flooring, and a spacious open-plan kitchen dining room featuring bifold glass doors at the back. The property has five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and two kitchens; a beautiful large open-plan kitchen and dining and living space area perfect for a family.

The client wanted a vintage look while staying within a specific budget. Our interior design team created a shopping list that included traditional brass fixtures and a bathtub to capture the opulence of the Victorian era. Custom-made cabinetry with classic panelling and a rich, dark finish was designed to ensure practicality and style. The build team flawlessly executed the design while meeting the client's requirements. Our South London project, located in the vibrant southern district of the city, faced significant challenges after the original house was tragically destroyed by fire. Undeterred, we embarked on a comprehensive demolition and reconstruction effort to deliver a brand-new home.

From the ashes, we transformed a two-bedroom property into a spacious three-bedroom residence, complete with a loft conversion, two bathrooms, a formal living area, and an open-plan kitchen living space. Despite the setbacks, we remained steadfast in adhering to our client's budget and timeline, while ensuring strict compliance with council guidelines. Through careful planning and execution, we successfully breathed new life into this project, providing our client with a fresh start and a beautiful new home.

I initially hired Finns Construction, led by Josh, to redesign my front garden, and the work was so impressive that I used them again for a larger project. This time, they completed a single-story rear extension with a new kitchen, transformed the rear garden (including a BBQ area, outdoor TV space, and firepit), and converted the garage into a gym. Josh and his team were fantastic—friendly, professional, and delivering high-quality work with a great final finish. They were always polite and made sure to clean up every day. Josh continues to check in and has even touched up a few things to keep everything perfect. I highly recommend Josh and Finns Construction and would use them again without hesitation.
