Interior renovation carried out to all rooms including hallways, staircase, kitchen & utility, bathrooms, public rooms and bedrooms, and excavation and creation of a lightwell structure to let light into basement rooms. All painting & decorating work, installation of kitchen & utility, bathrooms, timber paneling, coving, flooring, lighting, radiators, internal doors and fitments. Refurbishment of staircase, wooden flooring and conservation coving and exterior landscaping.

In this project, we removed the roof of the property and installed a 1-bedroom apartment which included a stunning new kitchen with a natural brick wall feature. We then constructed a new roof, erecting tin roof scaffolding over the entire project to ensure that the elements didn’t interfere with our progress. Once the structure was secure, we added a waterproof and breathable membrane, followed by new batons, all in preparation for the roof tiling.
