The work to our kitchen extension and loft conversion to move our bathroom upstairs and increase living space downstairs was carried out professionally and to a high standard. Brad was very good at explaining what was needed and how they would implement it. Contact was made regularly to update on progress and discuss options as and when required. They are also a friendly team wh got on well with neighbours as well

Thorpe Building completed a project on our house in 2017 which involved removing internal walls to create a large open plan room on the ground floor, installing a new kitchen, fittings, electrics and plumbing within this space, and also installing a number of custom made wooden windows. The initial structural work involved removal of load-bearing walls including the lower section of a large chimney-breast and the installation of RSJs. The work was completed on schedule and on budget over a three-month period at the end of 2017. We are really pleased with the quality of the work. It was great working with Brad for the overall coordination of the project, with clear communication about the plans, activities and timings and good flexibility and trouble-shooting when required to deal with changes to the plan or to resolve minor issues. We are really pleased with the changes to the house and enjoying using the new space, and would highly recommend Brad and Thorpe Building for other building projects,
