Lee has an excellent relationship with sub-contractors for window, roofing and metal fabrication, whose work we were also delighted with. This was not our first renovation project, and Lee's ideas, commitment, and creativity exceeded our expectations. The team were respectful; we felt Lee was as serious about budget and deadlines as we were. We finished a month ahead of schedule.
