We extended to the rear, removed roof and formed new roof to include two front pitched roof dormers and a full width rear flat roof dormer clad with black zinc.

The whole house was completely renovated and gained a double hight entrance hall.

The front of the house has been kept traditional to blend in with the road but the rear has been made modern using a grey brick and black cladding.

The garden originally consisted largely of coninfers and bushes, this was completely taken out and re landscaped to include a 60m raised patio off of summer house with hot tub

A lower patio area for outdoor dining,

Raised planters snd new lawn.
