We engaged Topsolve for our side extension at our home. We had never done anything like this before and trusted recommendations from Check a Trade. I received quotes from 4 companies and chose Bart's based on the comprehensive and in depth quality of his quotation. We also received a progress plan ahead of the works starting so we knew what to expect. It turned out that the architect drawings and structural recommendations were not 100% accurate, but Bart and his team went the extra mile to guide us through the process of dealing with structural engineers and local authority building control to get all matters resolved. The quality of work has been excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the final results. All works including plumbing, electrics, kitchen fitting, plastering and joinery have all been perfect. We had Topsolve for our garage conversion. We’ve never done anything like this before but Bart provided us with a very comprehensive quote detailing everything we needed to know. His team worked 9 hours per day for 5/6 days per week and were pleasant and approachable. 100% happy
