From the first telephone enquiry, through a few site visits to provide an accurate quote and right up until the final snags were completed, Mike’s attention to detail, honesty and clear communication were a complete breath of fresh air.
The initial project was to demolish a sunroom and garage and replace with a lantern roof extension. Additional internal remodeling included 2 new bathrooms, a new kitchen with some unexpected extras including a new roof.
Mike put us in touch with reliable and reasonable plasterers, plumbers, electricians and joiners and managed the project with precision timing.
There were no surprises as all unexpected costs were anticipated, discussed and agreed.
We hit all major deadlines and finished the project bang on time.
We couldn’t be happier with the service that Mike and his team provided and would recommend Total Build without hesitation.

Total Building (NW) Ltd built an extension for us a couple of years ago. This was our first major building project and we had lots of questions, Mike took his time to explain everything and ensured we were happy and understood. Mike and his team arrived on site when they said they would and completed the work to a high standard. We are really pleased with the space Mike helped create and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others. We have already used him for another small job and this was carried out to the same high standards.

Total building NW were outstanding from the start.
I have been involved in large construction for a long time and Mike and his team are by far the most professional team that I have come across.
Mike is very detailed when it comes to planning and thinking about how tasks can be executed in the most effective and efficient way.
His communication is also extremely detailed and to the point and often explains the task in various ways for his team and me as a client to understand what is to be achieved.
In all I would highly recommend Total building NW and Mike to anyone who is looking for building team and management of a project of any size.
