Project scope – rear single storey extension and full renovation.

Initially, client employed a small builder, whom failed from the outset. Neither building regulations were followed nor architectural drawings. After taking over the works, we had to take down the walls, unfortunately, and rebuild  them in accordance with the plans. From that point, project went really smoothly and completed on time. Our client has an amazing eye for details, final results look amazing.

This terraced property in Queen’s Park was fully rebuilt from inside, effectively leaving only front and side walls. We extended the property to the rear and into a loft. Wrap-around rear extension has a modern look thanks to glass walls and large windows that add plenty of light to the kitchen and the dining area.

This detached character property is situated in the heart of Kew, Richmond, and was in need of complete modernisation. Our clients, after almost 3 years of design and planning permission process, appointed Totus as the main contractor to deliver this project in full.

Scope included adding a modern open plan kitchen extension, full house renovation, front and rear landscaping, outbuilding.

We were invited to this project by the architects, whose detailed, carefully thought-through design have transformed an outdated property into a wonderful modern home.

All new plumbing and heating, UFH, electrics, AV, joinery throughout. Excellent choice of colours and finishes by our client.

The property is a three storey terraced house sitting in one of prime roads in the heart of Hammersmith. Totus was appointed as the main contractor to extend and renovate the property in order to meet the requirements of a growing family.The scheme comprised of a rear extension at the second floor level and erection of a two storey rear extension at ground and first floors.

Totus worked closely with the clients, an architect and an interior designer to bring their ideas to life. Here are some of the key project features– internal and external Crittall doors; bespoke garden fireplace; bespoke joinery throughout; bespoke kitchen; designer bathrooms; under floor heating; high quality contemporary finish.

This wonderful modern penthouse occupies top two floors of a prestigious estate in Kensington. It was purchased just a few month before our clients decided to give it a complete makeover.
Impressive entrance to the building is followed by a private elevator that takes you straight to the penthouse. Totus created lots of light in the property – open see through shelves and new light staircase. Updated flooring, joinery and tiling give the place an airy, almost ethereal, feel. Energy flow in the lounge takes you to the dining area and the kitchen where one of the walls is leaning, shaping an interesting perspective. Newest electronics and AV systems were fitted along with air conditioning in the whole property. Natural light to the lounge area comes not only from windows but also from the ceiling – roof terrace is fitted with semi-transparent floor that lets sunlight through to the lounge. Roof terrace was also completely remodelled into a tranquil urban garden area.
