The client wanted to modernise parts of the interior but still retain the traditional look from outside. We used reclaimed bricks with a diamond pattern to the front elevation that kept the extension from being an obvious add on.

This added 3 bedrooms, family bathroom and en suite. A single storey extension to the rear of the property was also added with a large flat roof over. On the flat roof 2 lanterns were installed providing the customer with a light and spacious kitchen and living area

Tower Carpentry & Renovations Ltd did a great job (a kitchen renovation, including re-roofing and insulation): the work was completed on time and to a very high standard, costs were very reasonable, and they were professional and friendly at all times. We would definitely use them again and strongly recommend them to others.

We can’t recommend Richard and Steve highly enough. Tower transformed our house with a two-storey extension, new roof, brick and timber porch, and substantial reconfiguration of the existing building. We can’t fault the quality of workmanship or their level of communication throughout. Despite everything that Covid threw at us, Tower kept to time overall thanks to their high level of organisation and ability to adapt to challenges. Richard, Steve and all of the other members of the team were highly professional, sensitive to the needs of neighbours and a pleasure to have around. We’d appoint them again in a heartbeat.

We had Tower Carpentry totally transform the house we bought into our dream home! Our large wrap around extension was managed from start to finish by Richard and the team making the process straight forward with no stress. From foundations, brickwork/roof, installing windows/doors all the way to fitting our kitchen and laying our flooring. We were kept informed the whole time regarding costs and timeline so we knew exactly what was happening as the project progressed. I would 100% recommend this company if you need your house transformed!

Tower Carpentry and Renovations (Reading) built an extension and made some alterations to the house, including doing a major bathroom re-model/re-fit. The owners of the business are honest, direct and respectful. The quote was clear and easy to understand; the work was unfailingly completed on-time and invoiced against measurable milestones; everything they did was top-quality; no corners were cut; they were flexible with minor 'scope-creep' issues; the snagging list amounted to absolutely nothing. I would recommend Tower to anyone as the quality of their work and their clear communication is extremely high. Five Stars is a minimum for Tower.
