When we first visited this cottage-style house in Greenock, the roof was in a very poor condition; most of the tiles were broken and letting in water, and there were also weeds growing on the roof.
Tradecast stripped the old tiles from the roof and repaired underneath. Then we placed and fitted all the new tiles, as well as fitting new gutters and downpipes to prevent any unwanted water lying on or around the roof.
Works took one week to complete.

Tradecast Building Services Ltd were chosen by a local home owner in Stepps, Glasgow to carry out the work for a new extension/sunroom to the back of their property.
We knocked through the external back wall of their existing kitchen to make way for a new kitchen and lounge/dining area. Works included supply and fit of the new kitchen, supply and fit of a Velux window for the new build roof, fitting new internal doors, laying wooden flooring in other parts of the home and finishing off with paving work for a new patio area.
The build went really well and according to planned timescales, taking around nine weeks. The extension now makes such a difference to the end terrace house.

This project involved the roof and roughcast replacement of a single storey semi-detached bungalow in Moodiesburn. We began by erecting a scaffold, removing the satellite dishes, hacking off the existing roughcast and stripping the roof bare. After this was done, we re-roughcasted the full building and re-tiled the roof, including renewing the ridges, verges, vent tiles, sarking and lead.
This job went well and was completed within our estimated timescale, finishing within three weeks. The customer was very happy with the results.
