A beautiful garden retreat created by our team. A new patio, path and borders were laid, along with a deck area. The garden shed and log store were custom built for the customer with new a new electric supply at the bottom of the garden. The gate and fencing were custom made by our team to give it additional privacy.
Originally a 2 bedroom cottage bought in 2004, the house has had and extensive refurbishment. It is now a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home with 3 sitting areas in a country side location.
I have used Trerise Property Maintenance 3 times for jobs, two big jobs and a small one. The whole company is professional and courteous, From Simon taking the time to talk over what I wanted, to giving me a professional opinion of what would look best and solve my issue. They used quality materials and spent extra time sourcing them when there was a shortage during covid. Another big positive for this company is when they say their tradesmen will be at your property, they are!

Trerise Property Maintenance was professional and gave good advice. Workmen came as arranged and on time. They were all pleasant and helpful. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day and especially when the work was finished. We are very pleased with the garden fence and would definitely use this firm again.
