This striking extension has not only added additional room to this home, it has also given it a modern and warm feel. The roof window brings in additional light in and compliments the patio doors giving the feeling of bringing the garden indoors. The red cedar cladding gives it the contemporary look that will never date. Inside an additional lounge area was created alongside a modern, shower room.

Designed for easy access into the garden, wide steps were created with a little turn to give more of a flow up to the grass area. Walls were also built with the same curve feature, finishing off with a patio area laid that compliments the cedar wood on the extension.

The En-suite was given a stylish and modern update, giving it clean lines and a contemporary feel. The large shower allows plenty of room, and the floating sink vanity unit gives the appearance of additional space whilst also adding storage. Underfloor heating is particularly welcome when stepping out of the shower.

A family bathroom was fitted with a large shower area for easier access. The staircase was also renewed and modernized taking the old ranch style away. A new oak staircase was installed and matching mantlepiece above the log burner to give the lounge a warm homely feel.

A beautiful garden retreat created by our team. A new patio, path and borders were laid, along with a deck area. The garden shed and log store were custom built for the customer with new a new electric supply at the bottom of the garden. The gate and fencing were custom made by our team to give it additional privacy.
