To Whom It May Concern: RECOMMENDATION FOR TRUST BUILDING SERVICES Trust Building Services remodelled and refurbished our flat in Brook Green, W6, adding a bedroom and stripping out, extending and redoing our kitchen. They also redecorated throughout. I have to admit I was dreading the upheaval and stress of the whole project, but working with Trust, in particular Jonathan, made it easy. The work was finished absolutely to time (despite everyone telling me that would never happen) and to a very high standard. The very small amount of snagging was completed quickly with no fuss. Jonathan is personable, patient and easy to deal with - very different from builders I've worked with in the past. Nothing was too much trouble, and options were set out clearly for us to make the big decisions. When certain elements were unavoidably delayed, Jonathan was able to rejig the schedule so no time was lost nor money wasted. He also remained calm in the face of my panic over late party wall agreements and other factors, which was a real help! The team, from Kris downwards, is professional, polite and friendly, not least to my young children who I frequently had to bring on site. They are hardworking and very speedy, something that was commented on by both our architect and interior designer. The level of finish is excellent, and creative solutions were repeatedly found to problems that seemed insurmountable to me. My wife and I are extremely happy with the result, and have no hesitation in recommending their services to others.

1. Every time we have used your team for renovations, we have been delighted with the results. The work is always carried out meticulously and not only to specification but more often than not, members of your team have been willing to go the extra mile and suggest additional improvements that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves to ensure an even better result. It was never going to be an easy task but you overcame each hurdle as it presented itself. Often builders let themselves down by the quality of their finish. After we secured our London flagship store at 13/14 Sloane Square, we appointed Trust Building Services to complete a major project on the 4,000 sq ft premises within a tight time frame. As rag & bone is based in New York, a great deal of trust and confidence was placed in Trust Building Services. Throughout the job, Jonathan kept us informed of the construction process and promptly came up with resolutions to any issues which arose, always offering the most cost-effective solution. Jonathan and his team went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed to the highest possible standards and on time. Our initial contact with Trust Building occurred when we asked a number of recommended contractors to quote for the remodeling and development of the Ground floor and reception at the Synergy offices in Richmond. This involved damp proofing, steel and concrete works, internal glazing installations, carpentry, electrics and decoration to a high standard of finish. The office needed to remain fully operational and avoid disruptions. Trust Building Services were the most competitive and had the shortest contract period. The solutions were the most creative, including how we could continue to function in the office with minimal interference. The onsite project manager was extremely efficient and kept us fully appraised at all times. Not only did he keep everyone in the office (and our neighbours) happy, he ran a safe and efficient site. Trust Building Services took any necessary changes to the plans in their stride and managed to finish the contract a week ahead of schedule. Since this time, was have had Trust come back to reconfigure the installation (not their original work) of the shower and kitchen area, which is now much improved as a result. Trust Building Services are a hard working, clean, honest and skilful outfit with a good sense of humour and healthy approach to their work. The standards to which they produce the finished results are excellent. We now use Trust Building Services for all our Building and Maintenance works and I am very happy to recommend them and to be contacted to confirm this.

I had only heard of nightmare stories from friends regarding builders and re-decorating homes. Jonathan and his team from Trust Building Services were to prove them wrong! The building is Grade II. Listed and the Trust Building Team took exceptional care to carry out all alterations according to the rules of Westminister Council. Their high standard of workmanship complimented and enhanced all the interior features. From the very initial contact with Jonathan and Chris I felt I was given the different options of quality and price quotations that I could choose from. When problems arose they where there to discuss and solve. His hardworking team were very respectful, clean and tidy. I would go back to Trust Building Services any time in the future.
