The builder explained planning permission was granted and a written quotation was submitted and accepted by the customer. Gas commissioning completed just the electrical sign offs required. House refurbishment with the main works to a single storey flat roof extension. New garden studio constructed to the rear of the garden with full landscaping were required around the swimming pool area. Main property refurbished with a external K rend finish. New steel work installed to sliding doors with new boilers Installed and commissioned, new kitchen flooring following screeding, with configuration of garage to complete new utility room. New steel frame extension please refer to photographic evidence of structure which is finished with a EDPM roof finish. New garden studio constructed of blocked cavity with a cladded finish completed with air conditioning system.
