Throughout a major refurbishment involving replacement of floor to ceiling windows, and external doors, at the front and rear of a three-storey house, with subsequent redecoration, V&L Construction Ltd showed themselves to be reliable, thorough, and flexible and ingenious in overcoming unexpected problems. I had a large renovation project in North London and finding a suitable contractor was a daunting task as I didn't have any recommendations, just horror stories from family and friends. I'm really happy I used V&L for this project. All work was carried out as agreed and they kept me involved all the way through, so I knew what was happening at each stage. I had direct contact with one of the company directors and my appointed site manager so communication was first rate throughout. They liaised directly with the architect and building control and kept me in the loop all the way through, getting my input where needed. All of the team were a pleasure to deal with whilst always maintaining a healthy respect for the client. They clearly have experience at dealing with the typical issues that arise in these projects as everything was handled with ease. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending V&L to anyone after a competent, reliable, experienced and friendly building contractor.
