We initially received quotations from 5 companies. The quotations varied in cost and content, but we were very impressed by the initial meeting with Graeme Menday and subsequently the quote received from Vanquish Building company which covered all aspects of our requirements with each item costed, the total cost was just below average of all 5 quotes. The standard of workmanship was extremely high and the site was always kept clean and tidy. The staff and trades people were always very polite, professional and most helpful. The project which has taken a year and was completed on time with no issues. We would definitely recommend Vanquish Building company to anyone considering building a new property, extending or refurbishing an existing property. Weybridge, Surrey

We employed Graeme to build an extension which included a new kitchen and some groundworks in the garden (tree-felling and a new path). The work was delayed due to the pandemic but Graeme remained extremely professional throughout and the work was completed to a very high standard. I believe that had it not been for Covid-19 the project would have been completed pretty much on schedule. Graeme’s quote was extremely thorough and ended up being very accurate. We came across one issue which required a small extra spend but this couldn’t have been foreseen and we were very happy with the accuracy overall. Throughout the build Graeme was always polite and professional and ensured that his build team were likewise. We always felt confident that he would be able to find solutions to any problems that arose during the build. He never seemed fazed by anything which was very reassuring! The build has been of an excellent quality and Graeme sets himself and his team very high standards.

From the moment I contacted Graeme from Vanquish Construction I was amazed by the outstanding communication. The level of details provided in his work quotation provided me with the reassurance that no room was left for surprises and that transparency was going to be the key word. Throughout the project, Graeme and his team were outstanding in the level of communication and guidance. Each trade was represented by outstanding professionals all provided exemplary work and when decision points were reached, recommendations were provided with excellent suggestions I have not thought about. The project was delivered on budget and ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Graeme and use his company again

Vanquish were requested to provide a quote for remedial works for a collapsed drain in the main access court yard to the development. The team were on time, in budget and provided detailed RAMs and work schedules, as well as very detailed quotation pre work start and invoices post works. Post work clean up was fantastic wouldn't have know there was works done. Highly recommended..
