We are very pleased with the work Vasilii and team have done converting and extending our garage. Vasilii's quote was highly competitive, his references checked out, and he himself came across as very knowledgable. It was obvious from the get-go that Vasilii cares about doing a good job and was great to see him receptive to feedback as the work progressed. All his team are hard-working professionals with polite manners. They kept the working area clean and worked discretely, which was important since we were living in the house while the work was being done. The quality of the work was top-notch including the finer details of fixing electrics, doors, windows, flooring, rendering and painting. The final price was true to the initial estimate with a few agreed upon additions that were discussed in advance. The work was signed off by building control without any issues. Our next-door neighbour also hired him to do their own extension once they saw the work he has done for us.

We hired Vasilii to do a bathroom in our recently bought house. However we liked his work and decided to renovate the whole house: new kitchen, structural work (knocking down a wall from kitchen to dining room to create open plan), replastering all the walls, laying all the flooring, warm floors, a new ceiling etc. We really needed someone like Vasilii to lead the work independently without micromanagement on our side. We gave Vasilii the key and he managed it himself we of course checked the progress and had consultations. It took a bit longer than we expected but to be fair we kept adding all kinds of requests and he was always helpful and reasonable. We particularly liked that he was not cutting corners and doing the work properly (so if joists were rotten he would advise us to double up).Vasilii did a lot of work himself and brought in specialists like an excellent tiler.I would recommend Vasilii to anyone thinking of big renovation projects and not having time to project manage.
