We were about to abandon our plans for renovating our house, and had even put our house on the market. We decided to meet one more builder, and found great reviews for Samuel. We had a good feeling from the moment of meeting him. He and his team have done an amazing job of turning the house we bought into a family home - we are so pleased with the result. Samuel is approachable, easy to contact, honours his word and works incredibly hard to get the job done to a very high standard. Our neighbours also commented to us about how polite and friendly his team were. We would highly recommend him and his team to anyone considering a building project.

Sam and his friendly team completed our ground floor extension with the addition of a new downstairs toilet and shower room as well as full refurbishment of the whole house and re-configuring and re-fitting the upstairs bathroom. This included digging up our solid concrete ground floor and installating underfloor heating. The downstairs toilet and shower installation required new waste pipes to be laid underground from the front to the back of the house. Everything was completed in a timely and professional manner with very tidy workers. We highly recommend them!
