This project was inspected by RISA on behalf of the Federation of Master Builders. The photos have been taken during this inspection.

This is a single storey extension to the back of a 2 storey 4 bed house. 

The extension houses a new kitchen diner with utility and shower room. There has been 2 lanterns installed in the roof and down lights have been installed throughout the whole ground floor. 

The whole of the ground floor has been refurbished, re-plastered, painted skirting's and underfloor heating laid. 

Aluminium windows and bi-fold doors installed.  

The outside has had a new patio area laid across the back and down the sides
