Adam, Chris and their whole team were fantastic from the every first meeting - their professionalism and enthusiasm for the job was matched by their organisation and planning. We didn't have an architect for our job as it started out as a 'straightforward renovation'. We were the archetypal nightmare clients - the job became progressively more complicated as they peeled away layers of wall to find mostly crumbling mud, and layers of flooring and ceiling to find rotten joists / floating walls. Scope-creep may also have come into it as I got more ideas for the potential for the flat as we went along. At every stage, they managed to interpret my sketches and deliver exactly what we'd hoped for. Having worked with various builders in the past, Warvena have a unique combination of creativity and logistical ability, a fantastic eye for detail, which was invaluable. Most of all, they were great fun to work with throughout. Highly recommended team!

I can’t thank team warvena enough- not only for building my new extension so beautifully but also for fixing my home! They Came up with brilliant ideas beyond any architect did to restore our old house giving it a new life- looking better than I had dreamed possible! In what was a nerve wracking and stressful situation, the team installed all the confidence in me that I needed to make the whole experience enjoyable! As I told them- I was sad it was over as I genuinely loved having them around! Not sure you can say that about many builders! I have never before met a bunch of such honest, reliable and hard working men that go above and beyond in everything, providing a professional service that went way beyond my expectations- thank you so much!

Chris, Adam and the team at Warvena delivered an amazing first floor extension for us. They were always available to answer questions, gave regular updates against progress and explained things clearly throughout. Their team and subcontractors were well briefed so they knew exactly what to do and when, and all materials were on site when they needed to be. When the inevitable problems came up they were quick to provide practical solutions to ensure the project was delivered on schedule. We worked with Warvena to make savings in some areas so we could invest in others, this meant that we stuck to our original budget with no over spend. Any changes to the budget were clearly communicated and explained so we could make informed decisions. All aspects of the build were completed to a very high standard, the final finish is exceptional, we love our new house! Very happy to recommended Warvena for all building work.
