The roof has been fully stripped off with a new breathable felt and roofing battens installed. Work was in progress to clad the roof with new slates.
The flashing around the chimney on the front elevation of the roof was been replaced and the lead valley on the rear elevation has been renewed along with the skirt around the soil pipe.
This inspection was undertaken by the British Board of Agrement (The BBA) on behalf of the Federation of Master Builders.
