William Monks (Longridge) Limited

This project was inspected on 27th January 2023 on behalf of FMB by the inspection company The BBA.

The pictures shown include some before works commenced photos and some have been taken by the inspector completing the inspection and show the completed works.

The layout has been reconfigured creating new sized classrooms, offices and an IT room.

The existing partition walls and suspended ceilings were removed , new stud partition walls have been installed and existing walls have been re-plastered and decorated.

New suspended ceilings have been installed including lighting, new internal doors, new shelving, computer benching, interactive whiteboards, over head projectors, new plug sockets and data cabling installed.

Existing flooring has been dug up and re-tiled throughout.
