As a foundation member of the Building Mental Health Alliance, the FMB’s goal is to reach as many as we can to promote wellness and improve the industry.
We are happy to be part of a collaborative webinar working with the Northern Ireland Safety Group, CIOB NI Hub, Build health, and the Lighthouse Club. This free online event will offer current information on mental health within the construction industry and give local organisations the tools to offer support to their workforce and supply chain.
The FMB’s Northern Ireland Hub Director, Gavin McGuire will present on the mental health challenges associated with working in the construction industry and the help available to reduce some of those strains.
