The customer engagement team at CITB has put together an unforgettable 'netwalking' experience as we hike Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales. This event is perfect for construction industry professionals looking to expand their network while enjoying the great outdoors and supporting a worthy cause.
The day will begin with a briefing at 9am, followed by a scenic hike up the Llanberis Path. Along the way, you'll have opportunities to connect with fellow hikers, take in stunning views, and stop for breaks at Hebron Gate and the halfway house café (if open). The path will become steeper as we approach Clogywn station, offering panoramic vistas of the surrounding landscape.
After a final ascent, we'll reach the summit of Yr Wyddfa, where we'll enjoy a well-deserved lunch break and take photos before descending back down the same route.
While the event is funded, participants are encouraged to consider raising money for the charity leading the walk, Blackdog Outdoors.
