Apli Construction Limited designed this bespoke bathroom to suit a modest budget for their client’s ground floor flat in Oxford, producing a wonderful finish and completely changing the layout.
The brief was to include a shower and bath as well as an element of natural wood in the design. The wood was sourced via a local reclamation charity but integrating the natural wood in an aesthetically pleasing fashion proved difficult. Displaying exceptional carpentry skills, Apli Construction succeeded in creating the wooden wall panelling and transforming the reclaimed timber into a beautiful countertop.
Apli Construction were also adept in making the most of the limited space, fitting the shower and bath without issue and avoiding combining the two fixtures at the client’s request. They also created additional storage space by incorporating the shelving within the tiled walls, ensuring optimal positioning which didn’t infringe upon the use of any of the bathroom utilities.
All of this was delivered whilst the client lived at the property with Apli Construction keeping disruption and discomfort to a minimum by staying in frequent contact over Whatsapp to ensure a great client-builder relationship.
