InstallerSHOW - taking place at NEC Birmingham 25 -27 June - will be offering a dedicated tools and workwear zone, InstallerTRADES, for the very first time. Designed to give visitors the chance to see the latest products in action – and, crucially, hear from the tradespeople trying them out live at the show, it’s an exciting new feature that will put tools, workwear and new products firmly in the spotlight.
Aimed at everyone working in the trades, InstallerTRADES will feature some of social media’s best known tradespeople getting hands-on with new products from top brands.
Confirmed stars so far include carpenter Phil Edwards and Roofer Danny Madden from Madden Builders, as well as electricians and plumbing and heating engineers.
There will also be a runway show, with tradespeople modelling a range of workwear designed to look great while working hard. Ahead of the show, InstallerTRADES will be running a fun social media casting for the stars of the runway, who will appear alongside famous faces from Instagram and TikTok.
InstallerSHOW’s Lucy Dixon, who runs the TradesTalk weekly chat for the building trades on X – formerly known as Twitter – said: 'InstallerSHOW is already a bustling event and InstallerTRADES is yet another must-see feature for the visitors. It will be one of the busiest areas for the 2024 show, with a packed programme of demos, runway shows and a few giveaways thrown in for good measure. We’re excited to reveal more of the tradespeople we’re working with for this, so keep your eyes peeled for updates.'
InstallerSHOW will be releasing more information about InstallerTRADES in the weeks to come, which will include the merchants, brands and manufacturers that are on board, as well as who you can expect to see on stage.
Tools and workwear companies, as well as merchants, already signed up for InstallerSHOW 2024 include Alpha Tools, CEF, City Plumbing, Eibenstock, Knipex, Makita, Milwaukee, Nerrad Tools, PHC Parts, REMS, Ridgid, Rothenberger, Travis Perkins, Williams and Wolseley.
InstallerSHOW is returning to the NEC, Birmingham from 25-27 June and is bigger and better than ever with 50% more floorspace and over 600 exhibitors! Join 20,000 installers, specifiers and decision-makers working across the heat, water, air and energy sectors for the event you won’t want to miss.
